Here in Germany if someone wants to get his Drivers License, he needs to do 12 obligatory driving lessons categorized in 3 Headings: Driving on highway, driving outward of city and driving in night. My teacher has not done the nightdriving with me (I think because he saw me driving well). Furthermore in the exams for the driving license the teacher sits next to you and the examiner behind of you. The teacher has pedals too, and if he touches one pedal a sirene beeps and the you failed the exam because he interfered (in cases of danger). So my question is: Is my Driving License unlawful because my teacher put the sirene of and sometimes used the brake gas and clutch for me because he did not want me to fail the exames and I think I have failed it without him and furthermore he did not do the night driving lessons with me. Is using the car unlawful for me and everyplace I drive to with the car too? If yes, how can I clean this issue? Is repentance sufficient ? (Information which could be useful: A driving lesson costs approximately 30 Euro and the exams like 200).

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
If the matter is as you have mentioned that you have not completed the obligatory driving lessons for obtaining the driving license and that the trainer (teacher) has helped you to pass the test and was it not thanks to him you would have failed the test, then you have to resit the test after completing those lessons that you did not do. This is because the standards, conditions and traffic laws that the state imposes for granting a driving license, it is impermissible to evade them or cheat in them because there are public benefits in abiding by those standards [and regulations].
Driving a vehicle with such a license that violates these standards may probably endanger the life of the people. Therefore, you must resit the driving test and succeed in it without cheating or deceiving the examiner.
