A man asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about charity, which is best? He said: “On the one with open ties of kinship.”
Imam Ahmad narrated and authenticated by Al-Albani on the authority of Hakim bin Hazzam, may God be pleased with him, that a man asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about alms, which is best? He said: ” “On the one with open kinship» »[1].
Vocabulary meanings:
The abrasive: That is, the enemy who harbors animosity towards him, and charity given to him is better than it is given to someone with not open ties of kinship. Because of the oppression of the soul to submit to its enemies.
What is useful from the conversation:
1- The best charity is not given to a relative who harbors enmity.
2- The keenness of the Companions May God be pleased with them On understanding religion.
3- The more the worship is contrary to the desires of the soul, the greater the reward.
