The pillars of the facilitation curriculum in Islamic law[1]
1- License:
License in the language: facilitation, facilitation, ease and ease, licenses against high prices, and so -and -so licenses the matter if it is not investigated, and it exceeds the hamza and weakening[2].
As for the terminology, Al -Baidawi defined it as: “The fixed judgment is contrary to the evidence for an excuse.”[3].
The license is a great rule of the rules of this religion, as it includes all matters of religion and its aspects in belief, worship, treatment, penalties, and others. It is a grant and charity from God – the Almighty – His servants, as he, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “A charity, may God give it to you, and accept his charity.”[4].
The license can be described as one of the most important features of ease in this religion, and that God – the Almighty – is authorized to reduce his servants the weight of some costs, and excuse them for what they cannot tolerate, so it is mustahabb to bring this grant and work with it in the places of the passport, he says, peace and blessings be upon him: “God loves his licenses as he hates his disobedience.”[5].
It is possible to refer to some of these licenses that God and His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, have shown to the nation through the following examples:
A- The license in travel: by the palace of the imposed quadruple prayer, and the combination of the prayers of noon and the afternoon, as well as Morocco and dinner, gathering or delaying. As well as breakfast in it, for the Almighty saying:﴿ Whoever is from you is sick or on a traveler, a number of other days ﴾ [البقرة: 184].
And his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “There is no righteousness to fast in travel.”[6].
for- Tayammum with dirt when there is no water or when it is not possible to use it, because God Almighty said:﴿ And if you are satisfactory, or on a travel, or one of you came from the rituals, or you did not see the women, then you did not find water, so they will be blessed, so they will be blessed, so they will be blessed. And your hands from him what God wants to make you from embarrassment, but he wants to purify you and to fulfill his grace to you, for you to God, may God bless you ﴾ [المائدة: 6].
C- The license is in menstruation and postpartum, which are two excuses for prayer and fasting and touched the Qur’an and circumambulation for women.
2- The basic principle of permissible things:
Among the most important pillars on which the method of facilitation in Islam was based is that the basic principle in things is to solve and permit, and not to prevent and forbidden them, so everything that was created in this universe is a harness of man and prepared to enjoy it, unless there is an explicit prohibition, God Almighty says:﴿ He was harnessed for you in the heavens and what is on the earth is all of it ﴾ [الجاثية: 13].
And since the street has shown this, no one has the right to prohibit this permissibility, it is thus falling within the scope of obedience and intransigence that is forbidden, and for this reason the divine warning came to prohibit the prohibition of permissible matters or analysis of the forbidden, for this question was a reason to get people out of the true religion, and to replace God’s wrath on them, as happened to some of the previous nations, God Almighty says:﴿ O you who believe, do not ask about the things that you seem to you, and if you ask about it, when the Qur’an will be revealed to you, the Qur’an will come to you Halim * People have asked her before you and then they became disbelievers with it. ﴾ [المائدة: 101، 102].
And he, peace and blessings be upon him, says: “The greatest of Muslims is a crime who asked about something that was not forbidden, and it is forbidden for his question.”[7].
3- error, forgetfulness and coercion:
The tolerance of Islam appears in its compatibility with the common human instinct that he created in the soul of man, and from this wrong instinct in which a person falls in most of his conditions, as well as what he suffers from forgetfulness, which is what God – the Almighty – mentioned in the words of the believers who said:﴿ Our Lord, do not take us if we forget or make us wrong ﴾God Almighty said: “I have done”[8].
As for the degrading, it is an out of the will of a person, not every person can bear the harm, harm, or threat of killing, or cutting a member and others, then the street licensed him to give up some of his religious concepts to get rid of the situation he suffers, and the torment that occurred to him as happened to Ammar bin Yasir, may God be pleased with them, when he mentioned the gods of Quraysh well His eyes, so he complained to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: “(How do you find your heart?)[9].
This is only the mercy of the servants and facilitating them, because the error and forgetfulness is one of the innate matters that no one is safe from.
4- The prohibition of exaggeration in religion:
The religion of God – the Almighty – carries in its application happiness and justice for people, and does not carry misery and torment, for the person who takes this religion as God – the Almighty – is in moderation, understanding and consciousness that attains happiness and survival in this world and the hereafter, and as for the one who praises in it and strictly in the place of strictness, and prohibits permissible and permissible, it obtains misery and torment in this world and the hereafter, indicates this ﴿ Taha * The Qur’an has not revealed to you ﴾ [طه: 1، 2].
And he, peace and blessings be upon him, says: “The deceased perished.” He said it three[10].
And those who are broken as Al -Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, interpreted: The depths stressed in the place of tightening[11].
The acceptance of obedience is not related to the extent of fatigue and monument, because God – the Almighty – does not like to obey without what he descends to His servants, for who worships God day and night in a way that contradicts the approach of God – the Almighty – does not accept his worship, no matter how tired and exhausted them, and God – the Exalted, the Majestic – is indispensable to the actions of the servants, but he – most of his affairs – rejoices when he sees his servants to the religion of God. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and she has a woman who said: Who is this? She said: So and so, he remembered from her prayers, he said: (What you are to you are tolerated.[12].
Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, says: “The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, entered. They said: This is a rope for Zainab.[13].
5- Repentance:
Repentance is one of the solid foundations on which the facilitation approach is based, which is one of the reasons for the stability of the believer and his survival on the religion of God Almighty, as it removes from his shoulders the concerns of sins and weights of violations, and pushes him to work always for the better, God Almighty says:﴿ Say, O my servants who have forgotten themselves, do not despair of the mercy of God, for God forgives all sins, for He is the forgiveness ﴾ [الزمر: 53].
Repentance is a reason for the love of God – the Almighty – for a person when he delegates to him after he disobeyed him, and regrets his action:﴿ God loves the repentance and loves those who purify ﴾ [البقرة: 222].
This meaning is supported by his saying, peace be upon him: “God is more joyful with the repentance of one of you from his evidence if he finds it.”[14].
A person should not grow on his Lord with repentance if he disobeyed, or wrestles himself and enters it in the swamps of obsessive pastures if his hands are committed to sin or his eye fell on a disobedience, by saying: God – the Almighty – will not forgive me after this, this is a major disobedience, a corrupt belief, and a misunderstanding of God most of his affairs, and it is a door of Satan so that he does not return to his Lord. And peace: “And whoever has my soul in his hand.[15].
And he, peace and blessings be upon him, says: “All the children of Adam are wrong and the best of the sinners who repent.”[16].
And whoever is pleased with this religion, its capacity and mercy, that God – the Almighty – made good deeds disbelievers of the sins of the children of Adam, because God Almighty said:﴿ Except for those who repent and believe and do a good deed, then those will replace God with good deeds, and God was Forgiving, Most Merciful ﴾ [الفرقان: 70].
And his saying, peace and blessings be upon him, to Abu Dharr, may God be pleased with him: “Fear God wherever you are and follow the good bad, you erase it, and the creator of people with a good creation.”[17].
There have been many hadiths showing the works that disbelieve bad deeds and degrade them, raise the grades and increase them with God Almighty, We mention some of them:
A- Ablution, for his sins and sins are atoned for the Muslim.[18].
for- The five and Friday prayers to Friday, as well as fasting Ramadan, they all atone the sins of Ibn Adam and raise his degrees and his affairs with God Almighty.[19].
On the authority of Abu Qatada Al -Ansari – may God be pleased with him – “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was asked about the fast of Arafa, and he said: (He disbelieves the last year and the rest), and he was asked about the fast of Ashura and said:“ He disbelieves last year. ”[20].
C- That every affliction and calamity is afflicted by a Muslim, it is an expiation for him, because he said, peace and blessings be upon him: “What affects the Muslim is a monument, no, and no, and no sadness, no harm, no grief, or even a thorn, but God disbelieves in it from his sins.”[21].
