The truth of fairness
Imam Ibn al -Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, said: Al -Insaf: That you are the congregation of your disputes with the saa’a that you are asking for yourself, for in everything is fulfillment and kindness.
The scholar Muhammad bin Saleh Al -Uthaymeen, may God have mercy on him, said: Equity from the soul: that you treat others with what you love to be treated with it.
You have to be fair in all transactions:
The scholar Al -Saadi, may God have mercy on him, said: You have to honestly, fulfill the era, promise, and fairness in all transactions.
Equity of the Commander of the Faithful Omar bin Al -Khattab, may God be pleased with him:
Ibn Abd al -Bari al -Maliki, may God have mercy on him, said: In the words of Umar, may God have mercy on him: “I am hidden from this from the command of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.

The scholar Al -Saadi, may God have mercy on him, said: Caution is cautious about intolerance to the sayings and those who say … For intolerance is a doctrine of sincerity, a remover of the joy of science, generalized to the facts, open to the doors of rivalry and hatred. Also, fairness is the adornment of science, the title of sincerity, advice and farmer.
Equity from the soul increases the human being:
Gilan bin Farwa, may God have mercy on him, said: Whoever is fair to the people of himself, may God increase it with this.
Equity in judging others:
The scholar Muhammad bin Saleh Al -Uthaymeen, may God have mercy on him, said: In the words of God Almighty: {﴿ And Jews said the hand of God, who is dominated by their hands, and they were cursed by what they said, but he did not want to spend it. Many of them are what I have come to you from your Lord, we are unjust and atonement ﴾}} [المائدة:64] Among the benefits of the noble verse: fairness and justice in the rule of God Almighty, because he said:﴿ Many of them ﴾ He did not say: Most of them, and he did not say: All of them, and that is why a person must, if he sees in a people a deviation from some of them, should not take place on everyone, but rather says: Many or some of them or what is similar to that, because if he was generalized with a straightness in others, he would have been unjust from a face and a liar from another face.
Little fairness:
Imam Ibn Wahb, may God have mercy on him, said: I heard Malik bin Anas say: There is nothing in our time less than fairness.
Malik bin Dinar, may God have mercy on him, said: There are nothing less than fair people.
Ja`far bin Saad, may God have mercy on him, said: What is the least equity, and what is the most disagreement.
Whoever wants to be fair, let them know himself in the place of his opponent:
Imam Ibn Hazm Al -Andalusi, may God have mercy on him, said: Whoever wants fairness, let him give themselves to the place of his opponent, for he waving his arbitrariness.
Guiding the liquid world for those who are more knowledgeable than fairness:
Imam al -Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, said: It is mustahabb for the world if he is asked about something, and he knows that others are more knowledgeable than him, to guide the questioner to him, for religion is advice, and it includes with that fairness and recognition of the credit for his family, and humility.
Classified:
Al -Hafiz Ibn Rajab, may God have mercy on him, said: The fair one who is forgiven is a few who are wrong in many of his right.
The victorious caliph was very fair:
Ibn Al -Atheer Al -Jazari, may God have mercy on him, said: The victor was a great dream, the most correct of the mind, the well -known abundance, wanted in goodness, a great fairness.
Evidence of opponents:

Imam al -Baghawi, may God have mercy on him, said: It is said: A fierce shit man, if he is bad created, contrary to people who are not satisfied with fairness.
Reasons for getting out of fairness and falling into intolerance:
Imam Al -Shawkani, may God have mercy on him, said: Know that the reason for departing from the circle of fairness, and falling into the misfortunes of intolerance is very many.
The first reason: the emergence of a country that was distinguished by its people with sectarian intolerance.
The second reason: the love of honor and money.
The third reason: the argument and the brightness
Fourth reason: fanaticism of kinship.
The fifth reason: the difficulty of referring to the right after the belief of its disagreement and saying it.
The sixth reason: that the one with the right is young, or less knowledge and fame.
The seventh reason: the elders are adorned for their students and vice versa.
The eighth reason: relying on mental rules that contradict the Qur’an and Sunnah.
The ninth reason: relying on fanatical books.
The tenth reason: the competition between the convergences in credit and status.
Whoever is deprived of fairness is hardly describing with his husband:
The scholar Al -Saadi, may God have mercy on him, said: If the husband contemplates the beautiful and good morals in his wife, he looked at the reason that he called for boredom from her and a ten -year -old saw him one or two, for example! And what is in it what he loves more, if it is fair, it is closed to its equality to declare it in its advantages, and thus the companionship lasts, and the due and desirable rights are performed, and perhaps that what he hated seeks to amend it or change it As for whoever turns away from the merits and noticed the disadvantages, even if they are few, this is not fair, and he hardly describes with his wife.
