The luxurious branch: the time of the evening of the evening

This is a saying for some of the gossip, and some Shafi’i[6].
The third question: When will it be time for the time?
And this reminded her of his saying: (At the time of the evening to the second dawn, and it is the impatient impurity).
The scholars differed in the end of the time of the evening on the three sayings:
The first saying: that it ends with the height of the second dawn, and it is: the hypocrisy, and no injustice after it.
And this is the gold, with the gossip, the royalty, and the Shafi’i[7].
And infer the conversation of Abu Qaddah May God be pleased with him: The Prophet May God bless him and grant him peace He said: “As for it, it is not in the day, but the severity is on the one who does not pray the prayer until it comes when the prayer of the last is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who does not He is a Muslim[8].
The second saying: It ends with the time of the time.

The third saying: that it ends with the half of the night.

Firstly: It is the phenomenon of the Qur’an, God said Blessed and exalted: ﴿ Fast prayer for the sun of the sun until the height of the night and the Qur’an of the dawn, for the Qur’an of the dawn was a witness ﴾ [الإسراء: 78]And the face of the significance: that God commanded the establishment of the prayer from the sun of the sun, that is: its corruption, (to the heavens of the night), and it is: Then he separated the glute to the dawn by saying:﴿ And the Qur’an of the dawn ﴾ [الإسراء: 78]; Because it is its contact with what it accepted, nor what is after it; For between her and between the last half of the night from the night, and between it and between the noon, the first half of the day is from the day. As for the hadith of Abu Qaddah May God be pleased with him In which he is: “As for it is not in the day,” He who said who said: The last time of the east, the second debauchery; There is no significance in it for what they went to; Because he is not on his divorce, but he is specialized in unanimity with the time of the time of the prayer of the dawn to the prayer of the back[14]; So it is for here; So if you show that the hadith of Abu Qatada May God be pleased with him There is no significance; So the duty of the return to the other evidence, and it is all denied that the time for the evening ends at the night of the night.[15].

This is a clear and clear evidence that indicates that its delay is until the third of the night: the best.
But the author said May God have mercy on him: (If it is easy); If the fragmentation is the last, even if it is for some of the people; The scholars have disagreed with two sayings:
The first saying: it is devoted.
And this is correct from the gold, and a lot of the people of the hadith from the Shafi’i[18].
The second saying: It is not confused[19].
He said in (Al -Awsaf): “It is the way of the compiler, the explanation, and the owner (the bouncing), and others, and many of the people said: Relax, or take into account the situation[20].
